Hello, my name is Jessica! I am a lover of yoga, nature, travelling, kindness and mindfulness.  My biggest goal in life is to teach people to live more mindful lives; this includes being mindful of yourself, others and most importantly the environment. The only way I know how to do this or even have an idea of how to do this is through yoga. So I offer yoga classes both private and event based.

HATHA

A practice that uses movement and breathe to create a link between the body and mind. Hatha is great for all levels and a good place to start for beginners.

YIN

This style of yoga usually consists of long-held, passive floor poses working areas of the body which are rich in connective tissues. Poses can be held for up to five minutes or longer.

VINYASA

This is commonly known as “flow yoga”. It is a style of yoga that strings together postures seamlessly through movement using breathe.
